my family and i found the family room so very comforting , a clean space we cherished after our travels. the private bathroom was a delight , it offered convenience i appreciated. each morning , the continental breakfast filled us with warmth , a gentle start to our adventures. close parking eased our comings and goings , a thoughtful provision for us all.
i found the room a little small , but it served us well for a short stay.

I booked a cabrio room private bathroom. the room was simple, but it was very clean. the bathroom and shower were also clean. I always appreciate that. the hot water for making coffee in the morning was convenient.
the room was very small. there was little space to move around comfortably or to store my luggage properly. i found this limiting .

The reception operates 24/7. The staff seemed friendly. My room was clean and neat. THE shower offered sufficient space. I could reach the subway or tram in approximately 12 minutes by foot.
I asked multiple times for an extra pillow but did not receive one. the price reflected a room without these amenities. My room was very LOUD. It was right beside a busy motorway.

The hotel has a convenient location near the tram station (just a five-minute walk!). The metro is also accessible (it's about a 10-15 minute walk). This metro line connects you to major attractions including the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland using the RER train. Rooms are tidy and offer needed outlets for charging your devices.
The shower area felt a little cramped.

The location offered easy access to transportation. The tram station was a short walk. the value for the price was certainly a highlight, a welcome surprise. the hotel had a luggage store. We used it before and after our check-in and checkout.
The staff was not very helpful, a definite letdown. the shower was broken. It was hot and unusable. the parking was expensive.

the staff was helpful and i was allowed to leave my baggage before check in. it was unexpected they also had a cork screw. the shared bathrooms were really clean and i could borrow an iron if i needed. i found the laundry facilities to be really useful.
i noticed a funny smell coming out of the toilet and it might been the sewerage but otherwise everything was ok.
